Steps to follow to access bank statements online on the bank’s portal
- Visit onlinesbi.com on your preferred browser. Click on ‘Login’ under ‘Personal Banking‘.
- Click on ‘Continue to Login’ on the new page.
- Type username and login password on the next page. Using virtual keyword is recommended for security reasons.
- This will enable the customer to log in to his/her account.
- After you are logged into your account, you will be directed to ‘my account & profile‘ tab. In account summary option, you can see transaction accounts and bank accounts. Click on ‘Click Here to See Balance‘ to check the balance.
- You can see the last 10 transactions by clicking on ‘Click Here for Last 10 Transactions‘.
- To see the bank statement, click on ‘Account Statement‘ towards the left side of the webpage. If you have multiple bank accounts, select the account of which you want to see the bank statement. If you have only one account, the account will be selected by default.
- You can choose the period for which you want to see the account statement. Click on the ‘Go’ button to see your SBI bank statement.
- If you want to get a bank statement for a specific month or months of any year, you can access it by selecting ‘By Month’. After this, specify the year or month and click on ‘Go’.
- The SBI bank statement can also be downloaded in Excel and PDF formats. To download it, first select the period and the format. Click on the ‘Go‘ button.

SBI Quick – Missed Call Banking
In its objective of providing a simple service to its customers, SBI has launched SBI Quick – Missed Call Banking service. With SBI Quick, its customers can get a wide range of banking services, such as account balance, mini statement and a lot of more just by giving a missed call or sending an SMS from their registered mobile number to predefined mobile number with predefined keywords.
Android, iOS, Windows, or Blackberry phone users can download the SBI Quick app from the respective App store. Once the app is installed, users don’t need an internet connection to use SBI Quick. SBI Quick allows customers to communicate over SMS or Missed call. Note that your mobile number is updated in your account to register to avail this service.
Ho to do one-time registration for a missed call or SMS based services
Send an SMS ‘REG<space>Account Number’ to 09223488888 from your registered number for that account. You will receive a confirmation message about successful/ unsuccessful registration. If successful, you can start availing services. If unsuccessful, match the SMS format and destination mobile number, and ensure if the mobile number using which the SMS was sent is updated for that account. If not updated, update it immediately to access SBI Quick services.
How to check your balance through SBI Quick?
You need to take the following steps to check your account balance through SBI Quick.
SBI Balance Enquiry – To check the last ‘clear’ balance on the account, you can give a Missed Call or send an SMS ‘BAL’ to 09223766666
SBI Mini Statement – To get the Mini Statement, you can give a Missed Call or send an SMS ‘MSTMT‘ to 09223866666.
SBI E-Statement– last 6 months- To get E-statement for last 6 months, you can send an SMS ‘ESTMT <space> <Account Number> <space> <code> to 09223588888 ((Note: Code is any 4 digit number of your choice which will be used to encrypt the PDF attachment sent to your registered email address). The statement is sent on the registered email ID with a password encrypted PDF file.

Check your account balance
If you use SBI ATM card issued by the bank, you check your balance by visiting the nearest ATM. Swipe the card in the ATM machine and choose the ‘Balance Enquiry’ option. You can get a print out of the last 10 transactions from SBI ATM by choosing ‘Mini Statement’ option.
